Welcome to the online home of Dawn Calling CIC. We are a not-for-profit social enterprise, bringing yoga and meditation to prisons in Scotland. 

Dawn Calling exists from the deep knowing that these tools can be beneficial for the physical and mental health of people from all walks of life. We are dedicated to breaking down the barriers which stops many people from being able to access these tools. Our wish is to offer healing and hope through the practices of yoga and meditation. We are experienced in this field, and look forward to expanding classes more across Scotland.
